Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid listing tiers (Verified, Featured) and to advertising placements bought on this site. Free listings involve no payment and are outside its scope.

In these cases you do not need to ask. The refund is issued automatically and we email you when it happens.

• Your tool is rejected during review. Paying moves you up the queue; it does not change our review standards.
• We cannot crawl your site and you do not send us the details within 30 days. We retry automatically and email you first; if we never hear back, the order is closed and refunded.
• We cannot deliver a placement you paid for — for example, the slot became unavailable between your order and delivery.

If your listing has not gone live yet, email us and we will refund the order in full, no questions asked.

Once your listing is live and the benefits are active, the service has been delivered. We will still look at any specific problem you raise — if something we promised is not working, that is our problem to fix or refund, not yours to absorb.

These are not grounds for a refund, and we say so up front rather than after you ask:

• The paid period ending normally. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry, and there is a 7-day grace period after — an expired period is not an unused one.
• Dissatisfaction with traffic or ranking results. We sell placement and a link; we do not sell traffic volume or search rankings, and we make no claims about either.
• Your tool being removed for violating our listing standards after going live.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them within 5 business days; how long the money takes to appear depends on your payment provider and is usually another 5 to 10 days.
